Just to let you all know that I have never had the opportunity or been involved with this new way candle energy burning before. I am soo glad I did. From meeting Sj to lighting the candles to relaxing and meditating, to breathing (properly) this was soo new to me. After each session Sj would inform me what she had done n what needed to be done to cleansing my energy fields back in line to a total overhaul.
